We are excited and blessed to be able to dance one more time in the house of the lord. Are you ready for conference this year? We are definitely ready to come back together to dance for the Lord. The time has come to register for the season.
The $85 will cover the conference, registration for the season, and lunch. October 15, 2022, 7 am -4 pm is mandatory for all new and returning members. After registering please see Sis. Connie Hines to confirm lunch choice.
Payment - ELDM members can pay via credit card online via PayPal or cash. If you want to pay cash select the check option and you can pay cash at practice or after service on Sunday. All members need to register by September 30, 2022. No checks will be accepted.
Below is a description of each workshop and general session:
Emergence Conference October 15, 2022
General Session: Power up - Moving Further Faster: How to get back in gear for dance, for ministry, and for your destiny. But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: with the Lord, a day is like a thousand years and a thousand years are like a day. (2 Peter 3:8)
Speciality Workshop 1: Dance/Technique/Movement Workshop: Combining techniques from different genres of dance. Class includes isolations, balance/stretch, across-the-floor progressions, and choreography combinations. Learn how to remember choreography faster using counts, rhythm, and words.
Speciality Workshop 2: African Dance: Learn invigorating routines which include traditional and contemporary West African dance moves, to live drums.
Specialty Worksop 3: "Emergence": Explore the process of becoming... looking at self and defining what is anew in this season of dance ministry.
Closing Session: Declaration and Decree for a new season in the ministry of dance.
